Even my 8 year old son asks where she is and insists we take part in all of the activities that she arranged. This is a staff member that is truly amazing and we felt you must be made aware of the warmth and friendliness she exudes.

It’s not very often that a staff member has such an impact however Hazel is something special. She makes an effort to interact and goes out of her way to get to know each and every family. Nothing is too much trouble for her even if it’s not her department.

@SADHomeAffairs how does one get an unabridged birth certificate .. application was done 28.09.2021, 3 months letter went to check, still not there. Escalated via email and still nothing.. no feedback.. nothing…. Is the only way through paying a bribe?
