Cody Rhodes winning the WWE Title was the right decision. You can dislike it 100,000 times all you want. They don’t see the bigger picture.

Drew McIntyre is going to film Highlander after WrestleMania. His days were numbered regardless. He only won the title because it furthered the Jacob Fatu story, and HE NEEDED TO because he would have been creatively SHOT if he didn’t…plus it gave us a nice Nick Aldis/Drew McIntyre dynamic, if they ever wanted to explore it more.

WrestleMania doesn’t need a Fatal 4 Way. Why would you tie up 4 of the brands biggest stars for ONE MATCH? Where does that leave SmackDown on WrestleMania? This now allows for Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre vs Jacob Fatu. Two HUGE matches at the top of their card.

The story with Randy sells itself. YEARS of story telling, and WrestleMania is just the beginning. Sami Zayn’s internal struggle has become one of the most interesting parts of their television, and he will undoubtedly be involved.

Jacob Fatu can write Drew McIntyre off TV after WrestleMania, position him as dominant, and build his star power with a huge win at WrestleMania.

Cody sees the dislike. That hasn’t translated to television yet. When it does, HE MUST GO HEEL.
