Beware of @iHeat installing your boiler. This new boiler was fitted 3 weeks ago by @iHeatUK and they refused to address our concerns about the install & fitters saying it was fine... subsequently, @GasSafeRegister has just condemned it as Dangerous. R u sure ur @WhichUK approved?

Not the clearest photo, and I’ll wait until I have a copy of the judge’s order before trying to explain what happened, but I think the smile on my face as I left court this afternoon says it all 👀

@UKVolkswagen@UKVolkswagen. Unsurprisingly, your promise of contact from a Customer Service Manager within 72 hours didn't happen & I'm still waiting. Any faith I had in VW is rapidly dwindling. I will be contacting the Finance Company to discuss a freeze on payments.

@British_Airways shocking service & unacceptable. BA cancelled direct flight from SanFran (booked PremEcon seats) and was told only option was connecting flight of which 1st was with americanairways who dont offer PremEcon seats. No offer of compensation - seeking legal advice😡
