@theholisticjock i love yin yoga, it is immensy relaxing and very good for flexibity and opening energy pathways. it is not muscle stimulating in the same way as others though, so it may not be what you're looking for

The two things in my kitchen that run out the fastest are butter and honey. I think I eat more than a pack (250g) of butter in a week

Sipping on my heavy cream and honey enhanced raw milk like it's the most luxurious delicacy in the world (it is) and having a very sleepy day and thinking about making lavender or rose infused milk
