المونوريل مره اخري !

🟥 كلنا عارفين إن التحالف اللي بيبني وبيدير "المونوريل" في مصر بتقوده شركة "ألستوم" الفرنسية. بس المفاجأة الصادمة اللي الحكومة مش هتقولك عليها، إن فرنسا نفسها مفيهاش خط مونوريل واحد شغال وعمرها ما اعتمدته كوسيلة نقل عام داخل مدنها! إزاي دولة بتصنع تكنولوجيا وتصدرها بمليارات الدولارات، وترفض تماماً إنها تستخدمها في بلادها؟ الإجابة باختصار: لأنهم بيمشوا بـ "الورقة والقلم" وإحنا بنمشي ورا "اللقطة".

🟥 في الستينيات والسبعينيات، فرنسا حاولت تعمل قطار تجريبي شبه المونوريل بيمشي على مسار خرساني اسمه (Aérotrain). النتيجة؟ بعد ما صرفوا عليه، اكتشفوا إن المشروع فاشل اقتصادياً، مساراته الخرسانية بتشوه شكل المدن، وصيانته معقدة جداً. العقلية الفرنسية البراجماتية لغت المشروع فوراً في 1974 وحولته لخردة، وركزوا على شبكات السكة الحديد والترام والمترو العادية. فرنسا اتعلمت الدرس من 50 سنة، وإحنا رايحين نعيد نفس الغلطة النهاردة!

🟥 أوروبا مابتركبش المونوريل لسبب اقتصادي عبقري؛ تكنولوجيا المونوريل "مغلقة" (Proprietary). يعني لو عملت خط مترو عادي أو ترام، تقدر تشتري عربيات من فرنسا، ولما تعوز تجدد تشتري من ألمانيا أو الصين لأن مقاسات القضبان موحدة عالمياً. لكن المونوريل مساره خرساني "تفصيل" لشركة محددة؛ بمجرد ما تتعاقد مع "ألستوم"، أنت بقيت أسير للشركة دي مدى الحياة في الصيانة وقطع الغيار. حطيت رقبتك تحت احتكار شركة أجنبية هتسحب منك ملايين الدولارات واليوروهات كل سنة من غير أي بديل.

🟥 لما الغرب بيخطط للمواصلات بيحسبها صح: عايز تنقل ملايين بسرعة؟ اعمل مترو تحت الأرض. عايز تنقل أعداد متوسطة بتكلفة رخيصة؟ اعمل ترام أو أتوبيسات مفصلية.
المونوريل بقى بياخد أسوأ ما في الاتنين؛ تكلفة إنشائه خرافية (أغلى من الترام وأقرب للمترو)، وفي نفس الوقت سعته الاستيعابية ضعيفة جداً! ضيف على كده كابوس إخلاء الركاب لو حصل حريق والقطر متعلق على عمود خرسانة في الهوا.

🟥 الدول الأوروبية بتشوف المونوريل ده مجرد "لعبة ترفيهية" حلوة في مدن الملاهي أو لربط صالات المطارات، لكن مستحيل يعتمدوا عليه كعمود فقري للنقل العام. هما بيصنعوا "الوهم الخرساني" عشان يبيعوه للدول اللي مسؤوليها بيحبوا يقصوا شرايط ويقولوا "أطول مونوريل في العالم"، حتى لو كان ده هيسحب من رصيد الأجيال الجاية 4.5 مليار دولار قروض، و8.5 مليون جنيه يومياً مصاريف تشغيل!
