Tomorrow is the d-day for future CPAs🥹 Good luck and congratulations na agad sa inyong lahat🥹😭 Sobrang proud ako kasi ang tatapang niyo and I know grabe yung hirap at sacrifice kahit na hindi ko pa naranasan magtake🥹
Sana soon ako din🥰
God bless to all the future CPAs🥹😍
@beernardoxx i’m also thinking about this🥹 as someone na graduate lang as MA student na need pa ulit mag-aral to have my BSA degree😭 Kakayanin ko pa ba like hindi sobrang okay ng foundation ko ng accounting and iniisip ko baka abutan ako ng changes sa subjects kaya nagdadalawang isip pa ako
arghhhh i open my yt account where I watch videos of accounting lessons and it suddenly brings back so much memories 🥹😭 di ko maexplain but alam mo yung feeling na nagkita ulit kayo ng childhood friend mo after so many years🥹 hays how i miss those times i wish i study more😭😩
Ten years ago today, I became a CPA.
But the journey started four years earlier, in 2012. I was already working when I asked my boss if I could attend three accounting seminars.
What started as a simple desire to learn more about accounting eventually became a decision to return to college and pursue a degree in Accountancy. It meant becoming a student again, attending classes, studying for examinations, and finding time to learn while fulfilling my professional responsibilities.
There were sacrifices, moments of exhaustion, and certainly times when I questioned whether I had taken on too much. But I kept going.
Four years after that simple request, I became a Certified Public Accountant.
Today, I am reminded that some of the most meaningful achievements in life begin with the simplest decisions. I am grateful to my boss who encouraged my desire to study, to the professors who taught me, to the people who supported me, and to everyone who believed that I could do it.
Ten years later, I continue to find joy in learning. And perhaps even greater joy in teaching and sharing what I have learned with others.
If there is one lesson I hope my story can impart, it is this: You are never too old, too busy, or too established to become a student again.
Sometimes, the best thing you can do for your future is to give yourself permission to begin again.
Happy 10th CPA anniversary to me! ❤️
