A week ago, my roblox account was compromised after i joined a private minecraft server that installed a ratted resource pack to my computer. Roblox isnt being much help so i feel like this might be my last resort of getting some sort of help/advice. They befriend you for a couple of days and then ask you to join their minecraft server and nothing looks out of the ordinary. However by doing so they install a rat on your pc. They got access to my roblox account and stole 2m+ worth of limiteds from me and then they said derogatory things on my account to get me terminated. 🧵

My account is still terminated after i got ratted by a minecraft mod and roblox is of no help so idk if i should give up or not tbh. This has happened to so many other people and some people were lucky enough to get help and untermed but im not so lucky. @Roblox @robloxdevrel #roblox i’m just in a loop and really don’t know what to do

Update on this , it’s been about a month or so now and roblox have been of NO help at all I made a new ticket and i got this email back in less that a minute. I don’t even think my case was investigated. I don’t know what to even do at this point . The same thing has happened to other people and they were luckily untermed but it seems like they won’t even investigate my case. @Roblox @robloxdevrel

@dibbles_ i’ve been emailing since i got termed on the 24th of february and they haven’t really responded i sent another appeal email and hopefully they respond on monday.. imma keep sending emails

Roblox have said that they put my case through for further review but as of right now i havent heard back from them.
Please be careful guys even if you think someone is a friend of yours be careful on what you download even if its from a legit website.
