Cuba has no electricity.

Nigeria has no roads.

Ghanaian universities ranked the worst in Africa, let alone in the World.

The whole of African countries have no proper infrastructure.

The clean is scarce in Africa.

In South Africa we have infrastructure, we have the best universities in the world.

But the ANC is hiring Cuban engineers, Nigerian doctors and most SANRAL tenders are won by foreigners.

I struggle to understand the thinking behind that logic.
