From overlooked to opportunity.
Our approach is simple: do the hard technical work, stay the course, build with communities, and take the long view. Good to see it captured here.

Lekoil Nigeria joins the management and staff of Green Energy International Limited to celebrate the commissioning of the Otakikpo Onshore Crude Export Terminal — the first indigenous onshore crude terminal to be built in Nigeria in almost 50 years, and the first ever constructed by an indigenous company.
This milestone marks a new chapter for the Otakikpo Joint Venture, as the terminal will enable the smooth and efficient evacuation of crude, positioning Lekoil to ramp up production and contribute more effectively to Nigeria’s OPEC quota.

A New Era for Otakikpo. A Proud Moment for Lekoil Nigeria.
We’re proud to mark the launch of the Otakikpo Onshore Crude Oil Terminal, the first indigenous onshore crude terminal built in Nigeria in nearly 50 years.
For Lekoil Nigeria, this isn’t just infrastructure, it’s a strategic enabler. The terminal is now the primary evacuation route for crude from the Otakikpo field, with added storage capacity to boost exports, cut downtime, and support higher production.
This milestone underscores our commitment to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and indigenous innovation, advancing Nigeria’s energy independence and production goals.
