It was a glorious time and I wish I appreciated it more then like I do now. MTV turned me into the new wave fan that I am to this day.

@othingstodo_com Yup. Just had to be home before dark. I would play with the neighbor kids, go down by the ravine at the end of my street, ride my bike. We had a rusty swingset and Jarts that we played in my backyard (look up Jarts if you don’t know what they are). Those were great times.

@Halcruttenden I’m awake at 5 AM on the West Coast USA. I can’t sleep and have a lot of anxiety about today. It’s not an exaggeration that this is probably the most important election in my lifetime to date. A lot of us are nervous here.
