@MicrosoftHelps@yonghup84 Confirmed. Adding only my education account (I’m a teacher) crashes Office and OneNote. Adding only my personal account avoids the crash.
@MicrosoftHelps After iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 updates from yesterday (public beta and developer beta release candidates), both Microsoft Office (v 2.53) and Microsoft OneNote (v 16.53) apps crash immediately on startup (iPhone 12 and iPad Pro M1). Tried cold reboot and app reinstall
@MicrosoftHelps@yonghup84 I tried resetting via settings/OneNote. Then deleting/reinstalling. app opens and lets login with personal account. When I login with school account (which houses my class notebooks), the app crashes again. Office app has same behavior (ok on personal, crash with school account)
@MicrosoftHelps@yonghup84 I am running the macOS version 12 beta on a 2014 Mac mini. Current 16.53 versions of office software run fine. Uninstalling apps on iOS and reinstalling doesn’t change the crash.
@mattswider But seriously, THANK YOU! Without the tips of the community, I wouldn’t have an email confirmation and an April 10 ship date (better than nothing).
@mattswider Wow, that was an event. It’s like I got a little further each time. By 3:20, I had gotten to the cart stage, but I couldn’t check out. My recommendation (if you have it in a cart or have “saved for later” is to revert the browser back to the checkout and then keep trying at 3:40
