Let me tell yall about my experience with @HardRockBet. Late August I got a legendary drop containing a 3 night hotel stay, 3x slot multiplier and 500,000 unity points all to be redeemed in person. The following day my unity points reward was removed from my account. 2 days later

The hotel stay was removed from my account as well. @HardRockBet is stating they don’t see these rewards in my account, and they have no way of checking if these rewards were in my account. @HardRockBet had chat agents ending the conversation on me instead of escalating my case
