I am talking to them regarding DLC for an xbox game. They then proceed to ask me to contact their live chat which does not seem to exist. Please can someone contact me as soon as possible

I have been contacting your online help for 4 days, have exchanged over 20 emails and have gotten nowhere.
Every email asks me questions I have already answered and when I answer the questions they tell me I'm contacting them to help me install a game on my PC
