A network associated with Russian special services planned to assassinate Garry Kasparov and Ilya Ponomarev in the United States. El Mundo journalists cite American investigation materials and their own sources in the politicians' inner circles.
This is Putin's usual tactic. Putin has always sought to kill his opponents and opposition figures both in Russia and abroad.
One of the goals is also to intimidate critics of the Kremlin living in exile. Putin wants to show that no borders and passports of other countries guarantee safety.
Attempting to organize assassinations on US territory is a step up to a new level of escalation. Planning special operations like this one in Washington and New York demonstrates the Kremlin's readiness to completely destroy the former containment system.
There must be a clear response from the US and NATO, not only in the form of public legal actions, diplomatic pressure, and the strengthening of internal security.
The only thing Russia understands is strength. And the networks of Russian special services feel increasingly unpunished in NATO countries. This is war. It is necessary to move from passive defense to aggressive countermeasures.
Ne zaboravite da je Andrija Ojdanić slavio pad Vukovara pa šešeljevcima, arkanovcima i krvnicima Veselina Šljivančanina sa Ovčare. Danas svi oni podržavaju režim SNS.
VUČIĆ: “KILL ONE SERB, AND WE’LL KILL A HUNDRED MUSLIMS.”
In the 90s Vučić was the president of the Serbian Radical Party that ran the paramilitary responsible for the worst war crimes.
The Radicals ran rape camps for Croatian and Muslim women where UN soldiers came and paid to
Kaja Kallas on the US inviting Putin to the G20 summit in Miami:
"It was very hard to hear. Considering that even a few days ago, there were Russian intelligence officers charged for murders of Americans on American soil.
So, my question is: do these intelligence officers operate alone or do they get orders from Putin? And I can tell you: they get orders from Putin."
Htjela donirati namještaj Reto centru, a oni odbili stol i fotelju jer ih treba pofarbati. Još su mi za odvoz dva stara ormara tražili 250 eura! Kakva zabluda o humanitarnom radu, postali su skupa firma za selidbe.
Umm, excuse me? Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev PAID FOR TRUMP JR'S.'s WEDDING - while his father asked Ukraine to stop striking Russian oil refineries.
NOW WHY WOULD A RUSSIAN OLIGARCH PAY FOR A BILLIONAIRES SONS WEDDING, WHOSE DADDY IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES??? Hmm?
Why did a Russian oligarch close to Putin fund Trump Jr.’s wedding in the Bahamas?
Umar Kremlev spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on the President’s son. What did he get in return? We need answers.
On the ground in Kyiv, the news from the front lines in Ukraine is mixed. Ukrainian forces have fought Russia to a standstill, and Russia is paying a much higher price in losses on the battlefield. Since Putin can't win that fight, he's turned to terrorism instead, bombing grocery stores, shopping malls and gas stations to break Ukraine's economy and terrorize its people. For every four ballistic missiles Russia is making, we're producing one Patriot. This is the new fight, and America needs to stand up and lead the free world.
⚰️ Ratko Mladić was buried with military honors in Serbia — a war criminal convicted of genocide
Thousands of people came to bid farewell to the former commander of the Army of Republika Srpska, widely known as the “Butcher of Bosnia.”
He was buried at Topčider Cemetery in Belgrade with an honor guard and a gun salute. Serbian officials, the leadership of Republika Srpska, and the Russian ambassador attended the ceremony.
Mladić died in The Hague at the age of 84 while serving a life sentence. The international tribunal convicted him, among other crimes, of genocide in Srebrenica, where around 8,000 Bosniak Muslim men and boys were killed in 1995.
Convicted of genocide, buried like a hero. The Balkans never cease to surprise.
Thousands of people in Serbia attended the funeral of Ratko Mladic, the Bosnian Serb commander convicted of war crimes, while the European Union warned against glorifying him https://t.co/IOgfttN3Bv
Shameless appeasement and relativization of evil as a policy ... one that unmistakenly reminds of 🇪🇺 and 🇺🇳 “posture” regarding the aggression on 🇧🇦 between 1992-95, especially to the days leading to July 11th 1995 and the Srebrenica genocide.
#Neveragain ?? Right….
Today’s statement by the European Commission’s spokesperson on the funeral of Ratko #Mladić, convicted by an international court of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, is something everyone following 🇪🇺’s enlargement policy should take a closer look at.
It reveals far more about Brussels than about Belgrade.
The Commission made two claims.
First, that the burial is 🇷🇸’s business alone: “It is up to #Serbia to decide how it will organise the funeral.”
Second, that the state honours announced beforehand had, by the Commission’s own assessment, not taken place: “We heard that a funeral with state honours was planned, but it did not happen.”
The facts say otherwise.
🇷🇸 flew Mladić’s remains home on a government plane, with the justice minister escorting the coffin from The Hague. Soldiers carried it wrapped in the national flag. Ministers and state institutions took part, and the army stood guard over the coffin.
So today’s real message is that some in the Commission would rather redefine what they plainly see than concede they have no answer. Its statement is a symbol of the 🇪🇺’s weakness, of its lack of leverage in 🇷🇸, and of the collapse of whatever remains of enlargement policy beyond 🇲🇪 and 🇦🇱.
