Will be home soon after a superb weekend in Leeds with the lads. Sun was cracking the flags, bars & hotel top drawer and 1-0 win for Leeds!

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock oh dear. At least I have the excuse of not feeling well!

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

Not feeling great (sore throat, etc) so no run today unfortunately. Now heading into london for dinner and theatre with customer.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock I finally got out but today went for a cycle (28 miles) rather than a run. Very cold out there but nice rideout.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock likewise sun and mon rested but unfortunately also rested today! Need to get my act together tomorrow.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

10km (6.5 mile) run today.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock did you really forget or were you looking to have an easy day on you birthday?

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

Just ran the marlow half marathon (13+ miles) route. Hilly but went nice and steady.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

After a few days of no activity, got out for a 4 mile x-country, muddy and hilly run today. Got a bit tricky at the end in the dark!

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock good to see you out there. Not out today as I've been spending money on stuff for the house and then cleaning the windows!

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock I've just done a 7 mile x-country run. Felt good to get out after a hard week at work.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@poxyjock Well done sir. Another rest day due to work! Up until 3am last night. Shattered. Will get out tomorrow.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

Another rest day from running. Had to go to work in London.

[Chris Wharton @Lemmiepie2]

@Lemmiepie2 @poxyjock you can relax. Today no training. Decided to have a rest day.
