@KLM no we had to wait 12 hours for the window to be fixed, with a 12 month old baby. Awful "don't care" attitude from your staff #KLMfail

@British_Airways Had to book hire car - no help from you with that and incredibly long wait for luggage.

@British_Airways Yes, 3hrs later, meaning arrival at destination would be 7hrs after baby's bedtime in our timezone. Not an option for us.
