In July 2013, Geraldine Largay became lost in the Appalachian Mountains after stepping off the trail. She texted her husband that she was off route and asked him to contact the AMC for help, but none of the messages ever went through.
Reported missing on July 24, she wasn’t found despite a wide search.
Her remains were discovered on October 14, 2015, less than 3,000 feet from the Appalachian Trail.
A journal showed she survived 26 days; an entry dated August 6, 2013, asked that her husband, George, and daughter, Kerry, be notified.

So apparently @PokemonGoApp forced an update that removed the navigation bar from Android devices while playing Pokémon GO. This NEEDS to be reverted back... I should be able to choose whether or not I want to play full-screen...
