@cibc 4 -- I hung up b/c, well, it's 1:30am, and I'm tired. You're a Big 5 bank, one of the most profitable companies in Canada. You have money to hire more agents, you can post hours on bank cards, but please do something, or else you'll be losing my and others' business.
@cibc -- 3 and the automated voice that said the same thing at me probably a hundred times was not programmed to tell me that you were closed, so I assumed you were still open. I didn't get the option for a callback.
@cibc 2 -- You would think midnight on a Monday would be a good time to call telephone banking, right? It wasn't. I waited an hour and a half. No message on the back of my card saying what your telephone banking hours are, but the old card said you were open 24/7,
@cibc 1 -- fraud alert was put on my card after I paid a credit card bill for an account that I've been paying for out of my CIBC account for YEARS. I want full functionality on my main bank account, so I decided to rectify things ASAP.
@J__Possum I haven't known if it was right to continue masking or not but my partner and I both do, and we also hardly eat indoors. We live in Toronto, Canada, fyi.
Doing research on Pauline Johnson and see Margaret Atwood was hired by the City of Vancouver Opera to write the libretto on the last week of her life. As though she has any insight into "her life, multicultural identity and art" and didn't totally ignore her in her book Survival.
Our next highlights for #AsianHeritageMonth are two more fiction novels! The Sweetest One, written by Melanie Mah (@lemonyhams) and @ShashiSBhatโs The Family Took Shape. Pick up these excellent reads and stay tuned for more books by Asian authors!
