@EE Charged an extra £22.50 for calling 150? AND when I did call I was told my phone was locked so couldn't use it abroad! EVEN AFTER advice from earlier call with you that told me I can install a foreign sim, and now I'm told I have no data in the EE app!? What is going on!?

My mobile data is off on my device at the moment to prevent roaming charges, but after I got my larger than normal bill I checked the My EE app to just find a red cross where my remaining data should be? I was on WiFi when I checked.

@EE I arrive back in the UK on Saturday the 4th. Will I have mobile data when I get back? If I remember correctly I should have 20gb on my plan with an extra 5gb because I have my home Internet connection with you too.

@EE My original call to EE, I was told there would be no issue using a prepaid Japanese sim card, obviously this was not the case and I have had to use a portable WiFi Unit costing nearly £100! I use a Huawei P20 Pro. (2/2)

@EE Not a problem, I am currently in Japan and was not made aware I would be charged to call customer services, of course knew not to phone a regular number but I assumed 150, would be safe. It was explained on my most recent call about the 6 month automatic unlock, however on (1/2)
