That list is mostly one stretched New York case, civil findings, and political theater sold as “convictions.”
The 34 felonies? All from Bragg elevating a misdemeanor books-and-records charge into felonies by tying it to an uncharged, time-barred federal campaign-finance theory the feds already passed on. Manhattan jury, novel legal move, unconditional discharge after the election.
Defamation and “sexual abuse”? Civil cases (lower proof standard) with Carroll—not criminal convictions.
Fraud? Company tax case (Trump not personally convicted) plus James’s civil case where the huge penalty got thrown out on appeal as excessive. No actual victims claiming losses.
Foundation dissolved for real self-dealing violations. Impeachments: two House votes, two Senate acquittals.
Meanwhile GOP probes got secondary convictions and reports but couldn’t force the same creative charging against the other side. Different venues, different creativity, different results.
That’s not equal justice—it’s selective lawfare timed around elections. The process is the crazy part.

Nothing happens on either side. You still think it’s one party or the other. The truth is the whole government, all branches, both sides have gate keepers that keep the wheel turning slower and slower. Judges and so on. The fix has been in for years. Nobody ever goes to prison at the upper levels
