@Baddiel I have started to listen to audiobooks and podcasts more as they leave less room for thinking as music can. It's helped calm my thoughts from racing away after a recent cancer diagnosis and keeps me more in the moment.

@louisemcsharry I have always just plodded doing 5 or 10k, just before I started chemo I did a half marathon to prove I could. I'm still running during chemo, not at the same pace, but a ploddy 5k with my dogs alongside me is so so good for me.
