@jessf_swilliams however a normal blood pressure like most things has a range, so anywhere between 90/60 - 120/80 is considered okay! I used to have to record mine so much because of changing meds etc. and had pretty similar pressure to yours and they said it was on the low side but still okay! x

@jessf_swilliams just so you know this blood pressure is pretty low, a 'normal' blood pressure would look something like 120/80 and then pulse is obviously just pulse 😂 it's nothing to be super worried about but definitely let your doctor know your readings! hope all is well ☺️ x
