@fantoushka Il faut trouver les bonnes teams avec les bonnes valeurs (et pas juste des mots) - c'est compliqué mais faisable. Extrêmement dur dans les équipes où il n'y a qu'une seule femme. Je rêve d'équipes de meufs uniquement 😍
@fantoushka Perso le remote 100% m'a sauvée, le jugement uniquement sur la qualité et les résultats et ne plus avoir à subir les ambiances de boys club et cour de récré ; je pense que c'est grâce au remote que je suis restée dans la tech
