@Zoom I have been told in THREE emails you won’t refund because I don’t have a screenshot for proof. What I do have is my email outlining the offer and asking if there’s a catch. Next: complaint with the Attorney General. Let them deal with you. @ericsyuan#scam

Hey @freshbooks I was on hold twice. Each time for an hour only to be told by a recording that all your reps are busy and to email you or call back. Is this the service we can expect with the price increase? 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
@freshbooks Thanks Lisa. Long hold times aren’t really the issue. It’s being on hold TWICE for an hour and then getting a recording that basically dismisses you and tells you to send an email. As if I haven’t been on hold for an hour.
