@FNBSA are thieves. They will block your account so that you no longer have access to the funds. Then your debits don’t go off and you can do nothing about it because you’re at the mercy of the bank that’s controlling your money!

@fnb business banking are thieves. That’s my conclusion. They take overdraft payments every month, and then claim that they haven’t received any payments. Then they close your account for non-payment. Thieves!

@Rb__sa Not fraud team… with your legal team… arrangements were made with the legal, but the business account was still restricted and now funds are not available and the persons family cannot eat because there’s no other income yet except for what’s in that business account!

Question @FNBSA if you were owed money on an outstanding credit card, and then decided to “restrict” the business account that has money in it, making that account unusable, even after arrangements were made to pay the card, is that not theft? Asking for a friend.

@FNBSA will continue to allow debits to be rejected so that they can keep racking up on the fees. More so they will let the same debit be tried multiple times and then charge money for every rejected debit attempt. Nice business model guys.

@SAHomeLoans I’m unable to message you guys because I’m not verified. I’ve provided 2 years financials in one document given to me by my accountant and yet your credit department cannot seem to understand that there’s TWO YEARS of financials in there. Why is this so difficult?

The amount of hoops @SAHomeLoans will make you jump through just to get money you thought was originally approved. It’s crazy deceptive how they reel you in and then when you need assistance…pooof! Shoulda went with @Nedbank
