I want to thank @TheBrownGentYT for his forum. After a week of painstakingly trying to find how to get OPeth and. Arteth to my trust wallet, I used his advice to use @@deBridgeFinance and so simply I got the Ethereum needed so that I can transact in OP and Arb.

Did a small $0.20 worth exchange from BNB to ETH on the trust wallet iOS app @Trust. However with the transaction I got a “smart contract call” and almost all of my BNB was taken from my wallet
Looking at explorer it looks like my funds got stuck in a contract that the app used
