@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus Im just saying, you cant say anyone who likes videogames as a serious hobby or anything more than just casual enjoyment dont have a life while you probably spend more time and energy throwing temper tantrums in sonic twitter discussion comment sections
@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus Also you cannot say that 'you have a life and i dont' while spending multiple hours fighting WW2 D-day in twitter replies to defend your favourite handholding move in a 35 year old platformer franchise about a cartoon blue hedgehog
@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus Forgetting that you can still enjoy the levels and beat the game easily without badnick bouncing, its just a move that takes skill and allows for alot of creative jumps and skips and means of getting score and is never demanded by the level design
@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus It kinda is though, sonic games are built on replay value, learning levels and getting better by replaying them, so you can a new record or an S rank, just because most new AAA games let you get away with being ass at the game and never demanding skill doesnt mean sonic should
@NotImportantUs1 SA1 is not a good example for this at all imo, its still requires little to no skill to use, and homing attacking or just interacting with an enemy in anyway kills all of your momentum and puts you at a dead stop
@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus I find it perfectly fine and satisfying to bounce of enemies, you just have to line yourself up properly to land on the enemy(aka basic platforming), if anything its alot easier in 3D because you can actually see where you're landing
@Auct21@CoolBlued_@StonedSamus If you have good feeling controls and proper momentum physics there is no need for a homing attack outside of manufactured situations where it is required
@KLANCEcanon66@COnlineXDT@littleorphanren @_seraphina_vale "Good luck" is just an excuse for people to be inappropriate with statues, saying good luck before groping and humping a statue doesnt change how wierd or gross it is
@SCTerracon Idk if this is a hot take or not but i am not against modern sonic having shorter quills, i think it can look just as good if not better than long quills if done right, and not awkward looking stubs effortlessly slapped onto an already heavily flawed model like frontiers/forces
My ideal choice for a new Eggman VA is still Richard Epcar, but I've seen a few people suggest Neil Kaplan.
And I've gotta say... I see the vision now.
