The ball bounces off him half the time when under pressure, he lacks pass appreciation and often carries the ball longer than he should because he’s just trying to avoid losing it.

None of that tells you Kean is a player you bring who’s skillset lies in fluidly linking and combining with.

Add Savinho who is straight line, one tempo and specific angles who lacks rhythm and efficiency and spurs won’t be that hard to stop in the final 3rd next season if this is what they’re basing attacks on.

They’re going to be giving so much work to other players like Maddison and a couple more just to knit some kind of coherent and efficient play together.

Lots of dead end wooden and forced football. Going nowhere with lots of effort , lots of touches, lots of things that look like speed but aren’t useful speed
