45 y/ M, status post MV replacement had stopped Nicoumalone for 2 days and had an acute right M1 MCA infarct- in window period! Aspiration thrombectomy using ADAPT technique performed by IR team - Dr Mandeep and I at Fr Muller Hospital!

We drained 7 under albumin cover. But there liver was slightly deficient along the right lateral surface. We decided to do it TransJugular to keep it as safe as possible.
Manually bent the Chiba to get the curvature.

39 yr/M Budd Chiari Syndrome, s/p IVC stenting 2004 - Wallstent which migrated into RA which was occluded and then re-stented using Eluminex in 2021.
Patient had recurrent ascites despite recanalizing IVC.
Performed DIPSS through these stents. Currently ascites free!
