@gunnerblog@TheAthleticFC Trossard has been one of my favourite Arsenal players over the last three years. I've always felt he never received the appreciation his performances deserved. Based on what I've seen at this World Cup, many of the players being touted as his replacements are not better than him
@SirLeoBDasilva Lol it doesn't always work like that. Some men found purpose and direction after they met their partner. This idea that a man must have all aspects of his life figured out before dating is flawed. The whole point of a PARTNERSHIP is to grow, build and navigate life together.
@_Tobolos_ No one talks down on Arsenal players like Arsenal fans on X. The way they slander Odegaard and most of our players, you'd think we just survived relegation. The irony is that most of the players being touted as replacements aren't even better than what we already have.
@muheediva01 It's not just corporate careers, modern society in general isn't built to favour introverts. The loudest and most visible often gets rewarded far more than the quiet and competent ones. It is what it is
@HarveyDiamonds There's really no need to point fingers at any club. The problems in modern football are deeper than most people realise. There is way too much money involved compared to a shortage of genuine elite talent. That's why you see so many bang-average players with Β£100M+ price tags.
@TheOddSolace Do you genuinely think Arsenal would have won the league last season with Martinelli as your first choice striker? I'm not really a fan of Gyokeres but the way most of you Arsenal fans disrespect him is disgusting.
@AFTVMedia I really don't understand this weird obsession with resale value. We are a big club and our main priority should be winning big trophies. I don't mind if we sign a 40 year old, as long as it guarantees us major trophies.
@ltarsenal That is the plan. The team is gradually transitioning to a 4-2-3-1 system, with a natural No. 10 operating behind the main striker. Odegaard is expected to play in the double pivot next season, which explains the club's interest in Rogers.
After almost seven years at this club, itβs hard to put into words what this moment means to me.
I arrived at this club when I was 18 years old. Far from home, barely speaking the language, trying to adapt to a completely new culture, new life and chasing a dream that felt so big at the time.
I didnβt know exactly what the future would hold, but I knew I wanted to give everything for this club.
We didnβt just build a team, we built a family, an identity, and something the fans could believe in again. To see this club back where it belongs is one of the proudest moments of my career.
I want to thank my family, thank everyone at the club, the staff, my teammates, and every person working behind the scenes. Most importantly, thank you to the fans. Your support, patience and love throughout these years never went unnoticed. You stayed with us through the difficult moments, and this title belongs to you as much as anyone.
This club changed my life. I will always be grateful for the privilege of wearing this shirt.
