@AmazonHelp Received an empty package on 5th March. Investigation was raised on the same day. ETA for resolution was 9th March. Called yesterday to check and I was told I will get a call today. No update from the team yet.

@tata_cliq Partial Delivery received. Got verified by Cust. support & reverse pick up generated from right address. Did not get picked up as it didn’t pass quality check. Again raised complaint & went thru whole process of investigation. Now pick up generated from WRONG address.
