My dear people of Etsako Federal Constituency,

With deep humility, gratitude to God, and a strong sense of responsibility to our people, I, Amb. Umanu Elijah Ojochenemi Ochuwa, hereby officially declare my intention to contest for the position of Member, House of Representatives, Etsako Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections under the platform of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This decision is not driven by personal ambition alone, but by a burning desire to serve, uplift our people, and create opportunities for the next generation. For years, I have remained committed to grassroots development, youth empowerment, education, community service, and human capital development across Etsako land and beyond.

As a youth advocate, I have consistently used my platform to promote community development and inspire young people to believe in themselves. I have supported emerging talents, creatives, and entrepreneurs, including giving opportunities to young entertainers and talent who lacked access and visibility.

This movement is bigger than politics. It is about restoring hope, building opportunities, and ensuring that every young person in Etsako can dream again.

Our message is simple:

“Etsako Must Shine.”

I call on the youths, women, elders, students, artisans, market women, professionals, and every well-meaning son and daughter of Etsako to join this movement for progress, unity, and development.

Together, we will build a constituency we can all be proud of.

I don't have issues in paying whatever you want to pay. But here's where exploitation comes in when you pay me 500k as a marketer and you expect me to also handle sales, emails and SMM, then you're wicked because you don't do the same over there.

This year I have handled a project of 5m and also 50k naira.
