Snacking does not always have to equal binging!
➡️ example: I’ve planned all my meals and I have an extra 140 calories!
I’ll put that towards a protein bar I LOVE and eat that as a snack when I’m having a hard time!
Tip 💡
➡️ plan to eat before you go grocery shopping, before you go out at all- this will allow you to have better energy and not feel the need to snack, stop for food somewhere and ultimately always stick to the plan.
➡️ allow yourself a planned snack!
@ieattheuniverse Calculate TDEE and choose the lowest calories. Track all food on MyFitnessPal to make sure you are eating that amount. Coffee morning and afternoon. Lots of diet cokes or tea. Lots of water. Plan ALL ur meals for the next day at night, so you have a plan! Good luck 🩵
