After studying founders for more than two decades I learned:
The real edge in entrepreneurship isn’t genius or wild creativity. It’s the grit to keep going and the discipline to show up every single day.
The “fake it till you make it” energy on 𝕏 is wild.
Accounts buying followers and traffic to post bangers daily.
People claiming others paid stupid money just to get featured on some site.
Products going viral because a shadow network of influencers pushed them.
Some days I think I’m too honest to get rich.
So… what’s your price?
Spent Sunday afternoon touching grass with the family.
Overheard multiple conversations from other people.
Not a single one about AI, vibe-coding, or building.
Not sure what world I’m living in.
Updating the name and handle.
Same person. Clearer identity.
"Leaving Tech" → Leo builds
New handle: @LeoBuilds_
The old name was getting confusing and sounded more negative than I meant. I'm not leaving tech. I love building. I'm just leaving the corporate version of it.
For the next few days the display name will show both ("Leo builds | Leaving Tech") so nobody gets lost. After that it becomes simply "Leo builds".
Same account, same journey. Just easier to call me by a name.
If you've been here since the beginning: thank you. Still building the exit.
@BoomerDivvies No, they don't. I'm what many would say in a privileged position (working in tech) and they might not be able to understand that this requires insane hard work, saving and more.
