I’m still cutting bro I’ve lost about 40 pounds, the key is to eat your protein in the morning workout in the morning est your entire protein goal only then eat your carbs, you’ll notice you’ve eaten way less calories just in general, your body is full. Make sure to offset with reload days where you eat carbs and protein throughout the day instead of separate meals. This is basically the beginner stage like your first true cut.
I’m on something like this but a tad more advanced carbs protein fat meal distribution wise, but you got this bro.
