Why did Jane Street just scrub their entire X history? 👇
The timing is INSANE:
📉 The Lawsuit: On Feb 23, Terraform Labs sued Jane Street for $40B, alleging they used "insider info" to profit from the 2022 $LUNA collapse.
🚫 The 10AM Theory: Traders have been tracking a daily "selling algorithm" at 10 AM EST. Since the lawsuit hit, the "slam" has vanished and BTC is ripping.
🧹 The Cleanup: When the biggest quant firm on Earth goes dark, it usually means the lawyers are in "defensive mode."
Is the "Final Boss" of Bitcoin manipulation finally stepping back for self preservation mode?
Ripple is an American company employing over 900 individuals, and has been at the forefront of developing blockchain solutions for cross-border payments. The XRP Ledger, Ripple's decentralized and open-source blockchain, has facilitated over $70 billion in transactions and is utilized by financial institutions worldwide. Despite its clear contributions to the ecosystem, Ripple has faced constant criticism, often from Bitcoin maximalists who question the utility or decentralization of XRP.
This recent cancellation of a meeting between Senator Cynthia Lummis and Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, without any explanation or intention to reschedule, coupled with the public mockery from individuals closely associated with her, such as her son-in-law Will Cole, who called XRP a "centralized joke of a scam", does not reflect neutrality. It suggests a bias that undermines the very collaborative dialogue needed to build a fair and effective regulatory framework for crypto in the U.S.
This doesn’t smell right.
I fully understand why @bgarlinghouse came forward publicly. Think of everything he has endured, years of legal battles, countless doors closed, and non-stop scrutiny, all while representing a company that has remained committed to compliance and innovation. It’s easy to sit and judge, but try standing in his shoes. The fight for crypto clarity in the U.S. hasn’t been easy, and no one knows that better than him.
If we allow clowns to lead the conversation around digital asset regulation, we’re setting up the tent for the circus all over again. As Chair of the Senate Digital Assets Subcommittee, Senator Lummis has a responsibility to lead for the benefit of the entire blockchain ecosystem, not just a favored corner of it. At the very least, the public deserves to know why a meeting of such importance was cancelled, and even more importantly, why there was no attempt to reschedule. Was it personal? Ideological? A private agenda? If so, she may not be prepared to lead in a space that demands transparency, technical understanding, and impartiality.
Regulatory approaches must remain technology-neutral, fostering innovation across diverse platforms. Bitcoin laid the foundation, but today’s reality includes multiple networks solving real-world problems that Bitcoin simply doesn’t address. Turning away key players like Ripple doesn't serve the industry or the public, it only weakens the nation’s stance in the global race toward blockchain leadership.
In a moment when the world is watching, we can’t afford to let personal bias dictate national policy. The future of crypto deserves better. This is my opinion 🤷♂️
This is pretty troubling behavior from someone who is suppose to be a leader for crypto @SenLummis
I’ll leave this here for the XRP community. Please be respectful and let her know why picking winners and losers is NOT what America is about. She seems to need a reminder.

Ripple is acquiring prime-brokerage Hidden Road for $1.25 billion, marking the largest deal ever for the digital-asset company and one of the biggest in the history of the cryptocurrency industry https://t.co/ZuolDcwCXb
Heading to DC to champion sensible pro-crypto legislation around stablecoins and market structure, and I’m very encouraged to see our elected officials look at crypto as it should be – a multichain industry.
That said, @SenLummis, as Chair of the Digital Assets Subcommittee, canceled a meeting with me (and won’t reschedule). As a leader in Congress and Senator from one of the most crypto-friendly states (WY), I hope you will reconsider and be a leader for ALL of crypto. I invite you to join me on an X Space anytime (or a live convo onstage at one of the many events we cross paths at) to talk about how to make the US the crypto capital of the world, as is the goal of the Trump Administration. I will continue to do everything possible to support that goal.

@JaycryptoMX@Techconcatalina@WatcherGuru Exacto, pese a tener todos los argumentos necesarios contra SBF y lp ocurrido con FTX, quieren ahora desviar la atención contra el exchange mas grande, no tiene sentido alguno.
@SFUSDOfficial @stableonegroup My biggest wish and christmas dream, is that many people could get financial freedom and achieve their goals in life, using this project as a tool, as well as having the Stable Fund Team, Project / SFUSD, for many many DECADES to come !!!!
The FTX collapse has sent shockwaves throughout the entire crypto industry.
It has changed my perspective on crypto forever.
🧵: 10 lessons I’ve learnt that can help you avoid disaster in the future. 👇
If you want to withdraw funds from an exchange, consider not withdrawing fiat (usd, eur etc) but bitcoin, because that will help bitcoin price. If you withdraw in fiat the exchange has to sell coins. If you withdraw in btc the exchange has to buy real btc.
@stableonegroup Hi Stableonegroup Team, do you have any issue with your Discord group and your Telegram Group ?
I have tried to check for updates over there, but it seems like none of them is working.
