@cathynewman Thanks Cathy. Agree that Westminster is the boss. Maybe a rotating selection of UK-wide backdrops could work well though? A mix of London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Manchester when the story fits.

@cathynewman thanks for the great interviewing. Can I ask about the background picture in the show - it’s always London, why not mix up with other cities or villages? Could be topical depending on the news but would certainly look more diverse and less London centric? Thanks!

@northernassist Thank you, I must say this is a recurring issue when these disruptions happen, there must be clear signs at the station itself before the first affected service - I’ve asked this before and it still seems to fall on deaf ears!

@elsieblundell @AndyBurnhamGM @northernassist Yet another CANCELLED train. I cannot get into Manchester until NOON. Local services are less reliable than ever and it’s deteriorated under this Labour government. Commuters are fed up — when will this improve? Sort it out.

@northernassist Hi, why do you keep cancelling half of the Sunday services between Manchester and Castleton? Only ONE train in TWO HOURS and they get cancelled too. When is this mess going to be sorted and we will get a credible passenger service on a weekend?
