Disability diaries: This weekend I got to hike 12 miles, something I wasn’t sure I’d ever do again.
A year ago I was using a cane and struggling to walk for daily tasks.
6 months ago, I could barely hit 1000 steps a day.

But yesterday I did 6 miles & today I did 6 more.
