2. Could it have been designed as SoC-in-a-socket, to make it replaceable on the botherboard? Yeah, absolutely, IMHO even easier than in normal split CPU + RAM + PCIe approach.
3. Could the unified memory be designed around LPCAMM modules? Yeah, absolutely, latency allows it.

I had this idea for a 4-player dynamic splitscreen setup.
Not sure if it's better than a traditional splitscreen setup, but I like the fact that you can see the relative locations of other players visually.
