Credit to @KRACare @smugusia for The tax amnesty program that is giving corporates, MSMEs and private individuals a lifeline (anza upya) as far as tax returns & penalties are concerned!. Sadly, some of them had stalled due to such tax burdens! What a relief! Kudos!

@citizentvkenya The only worrying thing is when the executive says they will not obey ruling made by by corrupt judges. I would want to imagine that the president has access to intelligence (NIS) and other mechanisms that can smoke out corrupt judges? Why not table evidences to kick them out?

To me, the meeting between the executive & Judiciary raises no concern as long the outcome doesn’t compromise the constitutional mandate of each. No fuss in my opinion!
