@citizentvkenya@KoinangeJeff@AyubAbdikadir The Rigathi Gachagua ruling sets a bad precedent in the judicial matrix. Admitting thats his rights were violated and not QUASHING the ruling is bizarre!
Nowonder he gave the analogy of a wife whose husband is imprisoned. 😊
@Itumbi_Denis Why is he be convinced that saying he will build a church in statehouse with his own money exonerates its from being a wrong?.. Ill advised! I strongly disagree!
@QcMakhanu@CaxstonePKigata I don’t know much on the background on the case, but I believe it’s not in her place to affirm that the advocate can’t lie if you have contrary evidence to that. She should asked you to table the evidence instead.
@KIMANIICHUNGWAH While she may have gotten it wrong in a way, but does it sit right with you when you see all this protests?. when you have professional bodies against,Association of manufacturers resent, Private sector against, Leaders and entrepreneurs reject, what’s so difficult to comprehend?
@itskipronoh While professional he may have crossed the so called “boundaries”, firing him wouldn’t solve the problem. The government needs to solve the underlying issues around the police welfare which have been neglected for so many years!. I feel him though!
Credit to @KRACare@smugusia for The tax amnesty program that is giving corporates, MSMEs and private individuals a lifeline (anza upya) as far as tax returns & penalties are concerned!. Sadly, some of them had stalled due to such tax burdens! What a relief! Kudos!
@Donsarigo “CASE FILES returns shortly”. I told someone, the court did every bit in this case, “but the motive”. Thats where the mystery of the murder falls..!
@citizentvkenya@TrevorOmbija The idea of “AfriShs” is a brilliant agenda if actualized that will provide alternative global trading mechanism that will ease pressure on the Monopolistic Dollar Usage. However it needs to move from just being a PR conversation to actual “walking the talk”.
@citizentvkenya The only worrying thing is when the executive says they will not obey ruling made by by corrupt judges. I would want to imagine that the president has access to intelligence (NIS) and other mechanisms that can smoke out corrupt judges? Why not table evidences to kick them out?
@citizentvkenya Good morning,
To me, the meeting between the executive & Judiciary raises no concern as long the outcome doesn’t compromise the constitutional mandate of each. No fuss in my opinion!
@citizentvkenya@KoinangeJeff Otiende Amollo is raising pertinent legal issues. While the housing project and the SHIF program sound like great ideas, the modalities are wrong! The executive should let the judiciary execute their mandate unconditionally!
