@pn_jordan_cross Unfortunate that this important update is behind a paywall. I can't read the article but am concerned by what appears to be a backing away from expansion. And the benefits of expansion are wider than just financial.

Quoting oneself is always endearing... But... I am seeing a lot of commentary that this year's questions were biased and not representative of the views of fans. More detail would be helpful on this. Please reply here or DM me. #pompey

@SonStats I think a lot of people hoped we would do everything possible in this window to stay up, rather than hope we will still be in the Championship next season. Lang being sold with no time to reinvest: accident or design?
The next TGFC meeting is next Saturday morning, ahead of the Blackburn game. I'll be attending in person.
If you have questions you'd like asked, please post them or DM me by lunchtime on Tuesday and I'll try and get them added to the agenda.
@HancockAnalysis Are you using the word 'quality' just to refer to footballing 'skill'? Because when fans talk about signing 'Championship quality players', I think most fans are using 'quality' to refer to a player's full range of attributes; including intangible and unquantifiable ones.
@the_real_gart@jayr1972@MajorRaverMatt I don't know if it's been confirmed that Network Rail have contributed to the cost of the feasibility study, has it? They are involved but, but articles in The News etc. I've read are vague on whether NR have actually paid in.
@the_real_gart@MajorRaverMatt@jayr1972 It'll be interesting if the feasibility study concludes a bridge isn't feasible. Either because there isn't a viable location for a bridge, or the relevant landowners won't play ball.
@Pompey_Goals I agree with @the_real_gart - if you don't want PL football, you're essentially saying you go to games hoping we'll lose some so we don't get promoted. Being a PL team also brings attention, money, and opportunities to the city.
