@policybazaar Thanks Drishti. But none have come back other than a mail from grievance redressal ID confirming my renewed policy but not mentioned a single word on issue reported. I have escalated it to GRO last week & as 8 days past I'm going to write to ombudsman & IRDAI tomorrow!

Call disconnects in 1 sec & I get message saying you tried reaching me multiple times!
You are charging 61%+ on extra for renewal & same is available 3k cheaper on @policybazaar if I buy fresh!
