Global MarTech leader and computer engineer. Built and operated enterprise platforms at scale. Now building AI-enabled products with an entrepreneurial edge.
This is the first Power Upgrade: small workflow improvements that compound.
If you're a founder manually formatting documents, this one's for you.

I stopped opening Canva. Here's what replaced it:
Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 + GPT Image 2, generating branded PDFs, decks, and social images straight from the terminal.

The trick is Claude Code "skills": config files that encode your brand rules AND model routing.
Nano Banana 2 for volume work. Nano Banana Pro when text has to be crisp. GPT Image 1.5 when you need transparency. The skill decides, not you.
Last November we built a product that worked. Voice agent, vendor portal, full branding. We never launched it. A competitor shipped something similar, and we quietly stopped.
That mistake changed how we operate: now we sell before we build.
This is a great feature and something I’ve been trying to figure out how to do within my work. Imagine I need intelligence to tell me which intelligence to chose….
Can’t wait to see if the other tools will do this too, *cough* Claude code *claude code*
Introducing Cursor Router, our intelligent model router that selects the right model for the task at hand.
Router delivers frontier-quality results at 60% lower cost.
This is going to be a great feature. I can't tell you how many times I have had to share project specs, design mock-ups, or just plain old text plans made into HTML, and struggled to share them with the team via WhatsApp or email.
Shaved another 15 mins from my workflow!
Artifacts in Claude Code are now also available on Pro and Max plans.
Ask for an artifact, Claude writes the code, publishes it live to claude.ai, and updates it in real time while it keeps working. Pages are private to your account and fully self-contained.
ChatGPT tells you what exists in a category in ten seconds, and it's genuinely good at it.
What it doesn't do is give you an unbiased real list of current application options, an easy way to build and visualize your stack, or hand you something you can share with a co-founder.
My team's "best SaaS management tools" list includes our own product.
We built SaveMySaaS around AI insight: spend analysis + vendor news scored by impact, free. Plus the only public API of the six an AI agent can call.
We say when not to pick us: https://t.co/lXuhikGrUw
Thanks to CUC and their L&D team for having us. If your team would benefit from practical, safe-use AI training built around how they actually work, that's something we do.

Last week, Caydev ran a successful AI Awareness training for personnel at Caribbean Utilities Company (CUC).
We started with what AI actually is, then moved into safeguards: what's appropriate to put into these tools and what should never go near them.
From there, we worked through real use cases where AI adds genuine value to their daily work.
We also ran live demos of the tools they'd actually use. Attendees asked sharp questions on data governance and left with workflows they could put to work the next morning.
I’ve been working on a social ads manager tool for months. About ready to launch and now this comes out.
If they introduce complete agentic control via api/mcp, they win.
Sometimes deciding what to build means just waiting to see if the big guys will do it.
Introducing Ads Engine in @ElevenCreative.

The honest play is to use both
ChatGPT for the first half, when you're still learning. StackPicker for the second half, when you need to see what it costs together and walk away with something you can share.

We built a ChatGPT alternative for picking your tech stack, so you would expect me to say ChatGPT is bad at it.
It isn't. It's just the wrong shape for the part that actually costs you money.
Here is where the chat window quietly fails you.
So we ran the exact prompt "what stack should a two-person SaaS startup use" through both.
ChatGPT gave 8 thoughtful paragraphs with no prices, no integration check, no total. StackPicker gave the same tools plus a few you'd have missed, and a shareable card.
