@AviancaEscucha there are flights to Europe with seat availability leaving within the hour from Bogota. But @Avianca won't reallocate us on their schedule or pay for additional flights. So we arrive 24+ hours later than scheduled, when we don't have to. Do not fly with them!!

@AviancaEscucha @dlizcano1 It's not due to external factors when @Avianca knew about the issue before we boarded the flight. Passengers should have been reallocated other flights in advance. @AviancaEscucha should have provided earlier flights that went ahead to Bogota and Madrid for EU connections.
