Malevich park. July 30th. After a long downpour, the boat with the moon sank, but the moon is still holding on. The rescue team will arrive soon and everyone will be rescued. I hope the moon will shine as before.

The catalog of the Boso Satoyama Art Festival 2021 found me in Montenegro. There are was the Journey of the Seven Moons, my incredible journey along the old Kominato railway. I traveled there without leaving my country, because Earth and sky is one for poets and artists.

月と宇宙をテーマにした7つの作品から成る連作です。
同じひとつの月を夢みてきた人々の国や文化を超えた友愛、平和への願いがこめられています。

【夕暮れに見るアート作品】
日没が早い今の時期、夕日と作品の様子をご覧になれます。
閉場時間は基本16時となりますので、終わりの時間に見る作品は、夕日と重なり思い出深い景色となるかもしれません。なお、屋外の駅舎作品などは20時までライトアップを行っています。
芸術祭閉幕まであと4日。

【7つの月を探す旅】
開幕24日目です。
レオニート・チシコフさんの駅舎プロジェクト作品シリーズ《7つの月を探す旅》。月を探して宇宙を旅する人の物語を体験できるインスタレーションが、五井駅から馬立駅まで展開されています。

《7つの月を探す旅》では、星空を演出する未知の立方体や、芭蕉の句を表現した切り株の満月など、シリーズを通して鑑賞者を宇宙の旅へいざないます。
芸術祭は基本16時までですが、駅舎のライトアップ作品は夜20時までご覧いただけます。
昼間とは違った作品の様子もお楽しみください。

いちはらアートミックスでロシアの作家レオニート・チシコフの宇宙飛行士が人気ですが、そのかわいさの秘密は、ややうつむき加減の姿勢にあるのかなと思っています。リラックマの姿勢にもそっくり。
チシコフの宇宙飛行士は、小湊鐵道のホームのベンチで皆様をお待ちしています。12/26まで。
