It's been 25 days and still haven't gotten my claim from @alexforbes! The service is pathetic. No response to emails and calls. The tracker has limited info. Is this how you value your customers with bad service????? Or just bad planning for two pot???

@alexforbes It has been 18 days it still says claim registration for my claim. No response to emails, no response to phone calls, no updates. The service deliver is horrific. @Discovery_SA clients are getting paid in 7 days! We need better service!

@CityPowerJhb certain roads in Discovery have had no power since Tuesday we have logged 1000 calls. Someone comes out and just flips a switch that just trips again. If this is a cable fault why is an alternative not being explored like a generator.??!!!
