@sainsburys Why is it so difficult to speak to anybody? Every route tries to send you back to the website FAQs which obviously can't tell you where your missing delivery is. How can you run logistics when local issues are dealt with by a contact centre in another country? All mysteries...🤦🏼♀️
@sainsburys Happy February and once again I find myself on the wrong end of your horrific customer services doom loop. Can you help me get a refund for my order that wasn't delivered but has been charged for please?
@sainsburys Oh dear. You've plunged me back into an automated 'customer service' loop of doom via DM. Why can't I just get a response to my complaint?🤦🏼♀️
@sainsburys Hi Julie. I've had no follow up to my complaint about my utterly botched delivery. You've now exceeded the 72hr SLA. Do I need to take it to alternative dispute resolution?
@sainsburys Oh dear. It's all gone horribly quiet now I've explained my sorry saga of the last 3 days by DM. Perhaps you're only here to talk about pizza after all 😢
@sainsburys Well actually Ryan I'm having an unhappy Friday. Sadly my favourite🍕(ham & 🍍 since you asked) was ood by the time it arrived *3 days* after my delivery was scheduled. After 7 📞 to your call centre in ?ZA I'm feeling quite sad actually 😭 Who can I contact for help?
@_hollycameron It's okay, it's will be good prep for all the deadlines that converge on you after the school holidays when you've been juggling childcare and work for the best part of 8 weeks! Savour the halcyon nursery days...
@_hollycameron Never recovered from being told in Media training that I was 'too boring' for talking about y'know, the actual policy calls and needed to 'jazz it up a bit'🤷🏼♀️

It nonsensical to have a financial regulator (@FCA) that isn't required to even think about the financially excluded, never mind address their needs. Our campaign for change: https://t.co/5IeJZt9upk
Our new research shows that 83% of people with cancer in the UK experience some kind of financial impact from their diagnosis. This cost amounts to an average of £891 a month on top of their usual spending.

@ianlush13@RosieOldham8 100% agree. Often the very best candidates submit at the 11th hour because they're so busy doing the other things they already do really well (and are paid for!). As it's effectively a speculative activity, they've legitimately prioritised it as a 'just in time' activity.
@SMMBrightBlueH @_IanHorne @nigelwalsh@kate_bohn One of my regular haunts love. Can't believe I've never taken you there. But will you make the trip to Vauxhall for me now that there's another incentive...?😉
Today we've released new figures on the shocking cost people face after a cancer diagnosis. Macmillan and our specialist financial guides are here to help, but we need everybody who can, including banks, insurers and regulators to play their part in tackling this huge challenge
Millions of people in the UK are being hit by a ‘cancer price tag’ that reaches almost £900 a month.
This can be because of:
💰 loss of income
🚗 increased travel and parking costs
🔥 increased heating
🍽️ changes in diet
👚 new clothes
✉️ additional bills and more.
