People think that life is an infinite game with rules. And the way to win it, is to keep playing it. The purpose isn't winning it by continuing to play it. It's to bend the game. Make the game others would love to play.
Meditation isn't about noticing your thoughts or emotions. It is about not reacting. You don't force yourself or create a meditation schedule. When you are ready, you will want to meditate.
Coding is like a game of chess. An entire world of just 64 pieces. I feel safe in it. I can control it, I can dominate it. And it's predictable. So, if I get hurt, I only have myself to blame.

- If you can't do this then be vulnerable to another human and share your feelings
- Willfully improve internal monologue of another human to make the world a better place
