By linking to Teams we can enrich the Dynamics 365 Sales data with Teams Conversations. I can see managers creating themselves as Contacts so they can 'enrich' the data with what their reports really think of them ;)
"App-less" D365 Sales is the M365 Copilot Sales Agent which reaches into the organisation's knowledge to enable sales people. Who is the company relationship owenr? What are some icebreakers? etc.

and then it corrupts my TaskBar, refusing to be removed, and messed with the Old Outlook TaskBar icon. Seriously, delaying release is surely a better option than this.
Sorry New Outlook, I gave you a red-hot go (again!!) and you failed me. This time subfolders off the Inbox disappeared along with their Move and Quick Steps. ics mgmt awful, no ability to remove attachments from received emails. Sadly, back to old Outlook.
