Thanks for proving the point with your 70 IQ take. Most of those 70% are *renewals* not new VISAs. It happens because of the Green card cap. Also Indians have the largest English speaking population among developing countries and STEM jobs are held in high regard since they require high cognitive function unlike manual jobs which fits with the caste hierarchy in India. This causes way too many Indians to pursue tech/IT related jobs.
